Examination Guidelines PT1 [Classes XI & XII]

Dear Parent,                                                                                                     

The school is taking various initiatives  to ensure a smooth and effective  teaching – learning process. To ensure this , the school is providing email id to each student for interacting on Google Classroom.

The following Guidelines are being sent for smooth conduct of Periodic Test 1 Examination :

  1. Examination of each subject will be of 25 marks for Classes  XI – XII.
  2. Economics , Accountancy , Maths , Physics and Chemistry Examination will be of  45 minutes for Classes  XI – XII.
  3. English , B.Studies , Computer Science , Biology , IP , Physical Education and Painting Examination will be of 30 minutes for Classes XI – XII.
  4. In Classes XI – XII, the paper will consist of 13 MCQ of 1 mark and 4 questions of 3 marks each.
  5. The Periodic Test 1 will be through Google Form on Google Classroom.
  6. The link will be sent at 9:55 am. The link will be closed at 10:30 am for subjects  allotted 30 minutes. The link will be closed at 10:45 am for subjects allotted 45 minutes.
  7. All Parents are requested to check that mobiles, laptop, tablets are sufficiently charged for the duration of the examination.
  8. All the students need to be ready with pen and paper to do rough work 5 minutes before the commencement of exam for the subject having practical components.
