Parent-Teacher Meetings works as a connecting link between parents and teachers which opens a communication channel between parents & teachers for the holistic development of the child. It is an opportunity to exchange observation of a child with each other.
Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) are held regularly. The parents and teachers discuss & share the overall development of a child.
The PTMs are planned in such a way that parents have a chance of one-to-one interaction with the teachers. This enables them to know about the weaknesses of their child, so that they make him/her work towards improvement in the subject required.
After the exams, a meeting is held to declare the results, where parents can discuss the progress of the child. These meetings provide a platform where the teacher is able to know about each child so that she can plan accordingly for better results and behaviour of the child.
