“Our flag does not fly because the wind moves it, it flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it.”
Keeping the symbol of India’s pride, valour and steadfast leadership, Ramakrishna Senior Secondary School observed Army Day on 15th January 2021 by organizing a Speech activity through a virtual platform.
On this patriotic occasion, Lakshita Modi of Class V was given an opportunity to deliver a speech in her virtual class. With great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm, she remembered the transfer of power from the British colonial rulers to Indians.
The speaker in her address evoked the feeling of nationalism and patriotism through her impressive speech and urged the youth to show respect and gratitude to our brave soldiers who with their indomitable courage, bravely face all the challenges and difficulties in their way to save the nation and people.
In the concluding lines of her speech she said that on this day, all the ministers and officials gather at the “Amar Jawan Jyoti” at India Gate in New Delhi to pay respect and tribute to the sacrificed Indian soldiers. After paying homage to the sacrificed soldiers, many excellent shows and events are organized by the military and the Indian army to indicate the new technologies and accomplishments in the Indian Army.
