Kindness is a fundamental part of the human circumstances which bridges the divides of race, religion, politics, gender, and zip code. Kindness is empathy, encouraging people across the globe to better understand the pain of others and touch their lives positively. Teaching kindness in the classroom helps students cultivate compassion and empathy for others and develop safe, caring, and respectful school communities where students and staff thrive.

Ramakrishna Senior Secondary School virtually celebrated World Kindness Day to inspire students to promote kindness among all living creatures across the world.

On World Kindness Day, Mahi Aggarwal of Class IV delivered a speech in her virtual classroom. She insisted on looking beyond our self-serving nature and considering the interests of other people by helping and being kind to all. The world which is full of conflicts today needs peace and harmony which can only be achieved by observing kindness as it is the only language that can be understood by everyone in the world.

Celebrations also included some of the acts shown by the tiny tots of class 1 wherein they showed some of the ways of being kind to others, including all living creatures in the world i.e. humans, plants, animals, etc.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” —Aesop
