How to Apply

1. A child seeking admission into the school must have completed 4 years of age for Pre-primary class and 6 years for class 1st as on 31st March. An attested photo copy of the birth certificate from MCD must be furnished.
2. For registration the parents/guardians should obtain the prospectus and registration form. Registration form should be submitted to the office along with registration fee.
3. Criteria fixed by Govt/Management from time to time for admission will be followed.
4. The parents will be required to deposit the fees within 3 days of the issue of admission orders failing which it will be treated as vacant and allotted to another candidate.
 
 
Documents Required For The Admission
 
1. 2 Passport size photographs of each student and parent.
2. Attested photocopy of Birth certificate issued by MCD.
3. Attested photocopy of parents’ identity e.g. Voter’s Card / License / Passport/ PAN Card.
4. Attested photocopy of previous Class Report Card.
5. School Leaving certificate [Original]
6. Attested photocopy of certificate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/E.W.S.
 
Note : Admission sought under EWS.
a. Income certificate from SDM/BPL or Antyodaya ration card showing the name of the child.
b. Proof of living in Delhi for the last five years.
 
7. Attested photocopy of class IX Registration card.
8. Attested photocopy of class X Mark -Sheet.
9. Attested photocopy of class X Passing certificate.
10. Attested photocopy of class Xl Report card.

ADMISSION POLICY FOR PRE-SCHOOL, SESSION 2013-2014
  
As per the directions of Directorate of Education vide order no. 2393-2004 dated 04-06-2012, there are 100 seats for fresh admission for general category.  Seats reserved for the candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section and disadvantaged groups of the society are 25% of fresh admission i.e. 25 Seats.  In Pre Primary and Class – 1 level wherever fresh admissions are made, 25% seats of fresh admission are also reserved for the candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section and disadvantaged groups of the society .

 

 

Age of the candidate should be 3 plus as on 31-03-2013 for Pre – School.

Note :  Admission shall be done only by draw of lots/ lottery. There will be no screening or written test, or interview on profiling of child /parents.

 

 

 

 

 

ADMISSION CRITERIA:

The admission criteria are subject to the provisions of RTE Act and directions of Directorate of Education issued from time to time. No weightage will be given to the qualification and profession of the parents for selecting a child for nursery admission. As per the directions the following criteria will be followed

LIST OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED :

(i)  Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

(ii) Identity Proof  & Residential address Proof :  (Election Card/ Passport/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Ration Card/ Water Bill/ lease deed made six months prior to the submission of the application form along with an affidavit on stamp paper should  be submitted in case of rental accommodation )

<!--[if !supportLists]-->(v)  <!--[endif]-->Income Certificate from the competent authority in case of students from Economically   Weaker section of the society.  (Original must be submitted at the time of admission) and proof of staying in Delhi for the last three years. .

(vi)  Single Parents to provide proof of their single status.

(vii) There shall be no testing and interviews for any child/parent falling within or outside the categories and selection would be on a random basis.

(viii)  If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false, the applicant shall be automatically   debarred from selection process without any correspondence in this regard.

 

 Note :  Photocopies of the supporting documents must  be submitted with the registration form.

 
 
 
Withdrawal From School
 
Written notice of one calendar month must be given to withdraw a student from the school or a month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice. Security money will have to be claimed within one month of the withdrawal of the child from the school otherwise it will be forfeited.
