3. Attested photocopy of parents’ identity ; Voter’s Card / License / Passport/ PAN Card.
4. Attested photocopy of previous class Report Card.
5. School Leaving Certificate [Original]
6. Attested photocopy of certificate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/E.W.S.
   Note : Admission sought under EWS
   a. Income certificate from SDM/BPL or Antyodaya ration card
   showing the name of the child.
   b. Proof of living in Delhi for the last five years.
7. Attested photocopy of class IX Registration card.
8. Attested photocopy of class X Mark -Sheet.
9. Attested photocopy of class X Passing certificate.
10. Attested photocopy of class Xl Report card.
